The Puech Redon estate covers 400 hectares in a single block. There they produce natural wines vinified with indigenous yeasts, without inputs or sulfites. With this pét-nat rosé, the idea was to create an aromatic wine with low alcohol content. The grapes were hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. After settling, the juice was fermented at 16° and bottled before the end of fermentation. The result is a wine that is ideal as an aperitif, and with desserts, of course!
