“Orange Popsicle” has become a signature from Pray Tell. The 2024 vintage is made entirely in Pennsylvania, blending Albariño and Chardonnay grown in Nottingham. Each variety is vinified separately with differing levels of skin contact, then blended after 10 months of aging in neutral oak and stainless steel. The result is a versatile, year-round orange wine that combines the freshness and brightness of a white with enough texture and grip to handle heartier dishes.
