Fruit Snacks is a playful, high-energy series from the Pray Tell cellar, designed to be easygoing, vibrant, and effortlessly drinkable. Though dry in style, the goal is to capture the most fresh, bright qualities of the harvest through fermentation in bottle, creating a wine that feels like a snapshot of the season. The current vintage is a Pennsylvania field blend of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and a touch of Riesling for lift, aged for ten months in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel before bottling. This wine is chillable and but can be enjoyed equally at room temp.
