Jammy stewed cherries lead the palate, supported by earthy tones, rosemary, and a hint of eucalyptus. Handpicked fruit underwent a 12-day maceration, followed by 8 months in neutral oak and 6 months of bottle aging, resulting in a wine with depth, texture, and a distinctly herbal edge.
