Revitalized by winemaker Jürgen Hofmann in the Rhinehessian village of Appenheim, this lively bottling shows a light straw-yellow hue with green reflections and aromas of pear, apple, and grapefruit. On the palate it’s mild and well-balanced, with hints of exotic fruit and a delicate touch of nutmeg, finishing crisp and sparkling.
