Farmed organically with biodynamic principles, the 2024 Vin de Soif Rouge is a fresh, easy-drinking blend led by Trollinger (also known as Schiava/Vernatsch), complemented by 40% Lemberger and 10% Dornfelder. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a brief five-day maceration in open-top vats before pressing, with fermentation completed in stainless steel and the wine aged for six months. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it remains pure and expressive. Bright and lively, it shows notes of red currant, spiced cherry, pink pepper, and violet. Light-bodied and crunchy, it’s best enjoyed slightly chilled for maximum freshness and drinkability.
