Farmed organically with biodynamic principles on sandstone and marl soils, this wine is crafted through a layered, low-intervention approach. Direct-pressed Johanniter and Riesling are placed in open vats, followed by the addition of whole-bunch grapes from other varieties, which co-ferment for one week. The wine is then pressed and aged for six months in stainless steel before bottling. The palate is bright and expressive, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, melon, and white peach, lifted by delicate floral tones and finishing clean, fresh, and zesty.
