Hand-harvested in small crates, the grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and pressed before fermenting in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 14°C. The wine is then aged in tank for approximately six months, followed by a short period of bottle rest prior to release. Bright, zippy, and refreshingly fresh, this island wine is vibrant and easy-drinking, making it an ideal match for fresh seafood, crisp greens, and fried dishes.
