Organically farmed Nero d’Avola and Perricone grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in the Marsala region of Sicily. They are destemmed and macerated for 12–15 days in stainless steel, followed by six months of aging in tank and a month of rest in bottle before release. In the glass, it shows a bright ruby hue with violet reflections. The nose reveals dark berries, purple flowers, and subtle spice, while the palate offers notes of raspberry and cherry framed by medium acidity and fine, delicate tannins. The finish is smooth, persistent, and inviting. A versatile pairing for swordfish, eggplant parmigiana, or grilled pizza.
