Sourced from hillside vineyards between Castelinaldo and Vezza d'Alba, Luisin’s Roero Arneis “Ave” undergoes a short maceration and gentle pressing, followed by cold settling at 10°C and a slow 20-day alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged for one year in stainless steel on its fine lees before bottling with minimal sulfur. Balancing richness with precision, it expresses classic Arneis character through notes of crisp apricot, subtle anise, and delicate herbs. Bright acidity brings freshness and energy to the palate, leading to a clean, focused finish with refined mineral tension, all in the elegant and detailed style that defines Luisin wines.
