Produced in the coastal landscapes of western Sicily near Trapani, this wine reflects the region’s sunshine, sea breezes, and rugged natural beauty. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, it spends three months aging on its lees followed by an additional three months in bottle. Unfined and unfiltered, it preserves the purity and character of the fruit. The aromatic bouquet reveals floral notes, citrus, orange zest, white peach, and hints of sage. Fresh and expressive, it pairs beautifully with raw and cooked seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, and seasonal vegetables.
