Sourced from Craig, Alaska, and troll-caught (hook and line), Wildfish Cannery Habanero Smoked Coho Salmon is delicate and mild with kelp-fired heat and smoked to thrill. Basically, they just took some Barnacle Foods Habanero hot sauce and dumped it in a can of smoked coho. That’s about it. It pairs well with rice for a smoky salmon musubi. You can also flake it over a steaming rice bowl or wrap it in rice paper for an Alaska-meets-Thailand-style bite.
