The 2023 Dino Riesling Raw Trocken from Rheinhessen is a minimal-intervention expression of Riesling that embraces texture and individuality. Fermented with the berries in tank and given three days of skin contact, the wine remains on its full lees until March and is racked only once, creating a more layered and characterful style than traditional Riesling. This wine is floral and lightly textured, it shows notes of apricot, peach skin, and citrus, supported by punchy acidity and a well-structured palate. Fresh yet complex, it offers an energetic take on Riesling with subtle “orange wine” character and a raw, unfiltered personality.
