The vineyard work is organic, with all fruit harvested by hand and fermented using indigenous yeasts. Sulfur is added only in minimal amounts at bottling. Bright aromas of cranberry, rosehip, and raspberry lead into a lively palate of red fruit layered with earthy, peppery notes and hints of dried herbs. Elegant and highly drinkable, this Nebbiolo shows soft, approachable tannins and a graceful structure that invites another glass. Pair this wine with aged and soft cheeses, mushroom risotto, tomato-based pastas, and, of course, pizza.
