This organically grown, certified sustainable, and hand-harvested Riesling comes from highly elevated vineyards planted on ancient Roman terraces in Kremstal. Bone dry and vibrant, it is a classic expression of Austrian Riesling, offering lively notes of pineapple, lime, and Granny Smith apple layered over a core of crisp stony minerality. Bright and energetic, it pairs beautifully with rigatoni with marinated artichokes and parmesan, as well as grilled Greek-style branzino.
