Made by Alwin and Stef Jurtschitsch in their winery in the Kamptal, all fruit is handpicked and comes from three growers in the region who follow organic agriculture. It’s a young and fresh white with hints of citrus, pears, and white peach. Finishes crisply with white pepper and fresh herbs. Serve it with fish, shellfish, and vegetarian fare, or simply enjoy it on its own.
