Mystico is a young wine that expresses the harmonious blend of three distinctive varietals, showcasing the unique terroir of Valle de Guadalupe. Only the Syrah and Nebbiolo are aged in second-use American oak barrels for a minimum of eight months. Aromatic and inviting, it offers notes of wildflowers, strawberry jam, ripe fig, and subtle bitter cocoa. Smooth yet structured tannins provide balance and depth on the palate, while its easy-drinking character and excellent breadth make it both approachable and expressive.
