Earthy and smooth, full of blue fruit and white pepper, this is the only red wine that Maloof Wine makes, and they still managed to throw 20% white fruit in it. This is a medium-bodied red that was co-fermented for 12 days on the skins, with sparing punch downs before being pressed off. Primary fermentation was finished in stainless steel and then moved into neutral French oak barrels.
