This 100% pinot grigio wine has a characteristic deep coppery color, almost orange, with very balanced aromas. There are hints of flowers (wisteria, rose), fruit (peach, papaya, citrus), dried fruit, and raisin passita. In the mouth, it is savory and fresh, with a good harmony of all sensations and exceptional hints in the aftertaste that recall the initial aromas. It goes well with white meats, sliced meats, and cheeses, though it’s ideal with boiled, baked, or grilled fish. It also goes well with shellfish and battered fish in general.
