The first and only Japanese vermouth, Japanese Bermutto is made with region-specific botanicals: high acidity citrus fruit, Japanese peppercorn, Japanese mugwort, and aromatic citrus fruit. The resulting vermouth has a distinct rice and yeast flavor, with a silky, medium/light body and a round mouthfeel. Great to add alongside dry vermouth and sherry in cocktails.
