This rosé begins with an early morning harvest of Tempranillo grapes, followed by gentle chilling and 6–8 hours of skin contact to enhance color and complexity. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures around 60°F, with malolactic fermentation prevented to preserve its bright, zippy character. After a few months in tank, the wine is cold stabilized, lightly filtered, and bottled with a touch of sulfur for freshness. The result is a vibrant rosé bursting with wild strawberry, crushed herbs, and a snap of citrus on the palate. Cool-toned and energetic, it offers just a kiss of residual sugar balanced by refreshing acidity.
