Barbarossa is a lively red wine crafted from a field blend of native and international Veneto varieties. Grown under strict biodynamic principles, the vineyard is tended with minimal intervention, always in tune with nature. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, followed by at least six months of aging in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfiltered, with only a small addition of sulfur. According to the winemaker, Barbarossa is a wine born of pure passion—meant to be shared with friends at a backyard barbecue, or paired with rich, aged cheeses. Bold, unpretentious, and full of character.
