Crafted from 100% biodynamic vineyards, Barbabianca is made with minimal intervention. This lively white is a blend of native grape varieties fermented with wild yeasts in concrete tanks. It rests on its lees for at least six months in the same vessels before being bottled unfiltered, with just a touch of sulfur.
According to the winemakers, Barbabianca is all about beva—easy, joyful drinking. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside fish-focused meals. Try it with gratinated scallops or a plate of pasta tossed in a rich, savory sardine sauce.
