Named for the fleeting burst of wildflowers that blossom in the California desert after a generous rainy season, Superbloom is a celebration of transition —between seasons, between styles. Now in its eighth vintage, this wine continues to resist easy definition. To make Superbloom, Las Jaras co-ferments red and white grapes and keep it completely natural without any additions in the cellar. The result? A fresh and vibrant wine with the presence and texture of a very pale red.
