Romania’s long winemaking tradition and deep connection to the vineyard are reflected in this naturally crafted Pét-Nat. Hand-harvested grapes are directly pressed and fermented with ambient yeasts, beginning in stainless steel at controlled temperatures before undergoing a second fermentation in bottle using only natural grape juice. Unfiltered and lightly handled, with minimal sulfur additions, the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel followed by two months in bottle. It is fresh and lively, the bouquet reveals delicate notes of strawberry and cherry with a subtle yeasty character. The palate is fragrant, fruity, and vibrant, combining bright freshness with an easy-drinking, naturally sparkling charm.
