Sefu White is harvested as a true field blend, with Chardonnay, Riesling, Furmint, and Tămâioasă Românească picked together and co-fermented. The grapes are pressed immediately, and the fresh juice is settled in tank before fermentation. Fermentation takes place mostly in stainless steel, with a small portion in oak barrels, creating a balance of freshness and texture. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, this wine highlights purity, energy, and a natural, hands-off approach. This wine is Natural and funky with notes of citrus and stone fruits.
