The Little Prince Red is a modern take on a classic Cretan blend, composed of 65% Kotsifali and 35% Mandilari. Sourced from limestone vineyards at varying elevations, the Kotsifali is fermented at low temperatures to preserve freshness, while the Mandilari is partially whole-cluster fermented to soften tannins and retain vibrant fruit. Carefully managed extraction and gentle pressing are followed by one year of aging in stainless steel. The wine opens with lifted aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, and raspberry, accented by notes of sage, thyme, and a touch of sweet paprika. The palate is approachable and elegant, with soft tannins, bright berry flavors, and a fresh, balanced profile that can even be enjoyed slightly chilled.
