Named after the iconic Miles Davis album, Kind of Blue is a Blanc de Noirs Pétillant Naturel crafted from estate-grown Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, and a touch of Zweigelt. Whole clusters spend one day on the skins before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, with the wine completing its natural secondary fermentation in bottle. This wine is bright and energetic, it bursts with notes of red currant, citrus zest, and orange, layered with subtle lees complexity and a savory mineral edge. Crisp acidity and fine bubbles create a refreshing, vibrant pét-nat that is as lively and expressive as its namesake.
