This wine comes from three organic farmers located in Aspiran. It is fermented in a stainless steel tank before being aged six months in steel as well, which helps preserve the fresh and fruity profile of the wine. What you end up with is a wine that has notes of floral, peach skin, and stone fruit on the nose, all of which repeat on the palate. It has medium acid and a little grip from the skin contact.
