Made from 100% Gamay grown on southwest-facing limestone and clay slopes, the grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed as whole clusters to achieve the wine’s delicate pale pink hue. Fermented at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatics, the wine spends three months on its fine lees in stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation blocked to maintain bright acidity and vibrant fruit. Fresh and expressive, it offers lively aromas and flavors of red currant, wild strawberry, and alpine wildflowers, supported by a streak of rocky minerality. Crisp, pure, and energetic, this rosé captures the refreshing character of its mountain origins.
