This rosé is a blend of 80% Cinsault and 20% Grenache, sourced entirely from organically farmed vineyards located within 20 kilometers of the estate in Nizas. Each parcel and variety is harvested separately and gently direct-pressed upon arrival at the winery. After two days of cold settling, the juice is fermented in stainless steel, preserving freshness and aromatic purity. The wines are aged separately for two months in tank before blending and returning to stainless steel until bottling, with only light filtration prior to release.
