The grapes for this organic, Chilean wine are hand-harvested, with each variety fermented separately using wild yeast. You’ll discover intense aromas of ripe, wild berries, sweet chocolate, and spices. It has a fresh, youthful palate with notes of berries, spices, and a touch of sweetness on the finish. Its bright, lively acidity pairs with low but ripe tannins. Great for Thanksgiving, or with white meat and fish, and even pastas. It can also handle mushrooms and most vegetables.
