Produced exclusively from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, a historic grape once celebrated during the Venetian era on Crete, this wine highlights the variety’s naturally expressive and food-friendly character. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, it preserves freshness, aromatic purity, and vibrant acidity. Light golden in color, it opens with fragrant notes of lemon blossom, jasmine, passion fruit, and mango. The palate is dry, lively, and refreshing, with a long, aromatic finish. An excellent companion to seafood dishes such as sea bass with fennel or herb-stuffed bream.
