The grapes from which Dell’Aera obtain their Vanitas are grown in the estate called “La Maddalena,” which is why they have chosen to give it the name of the famous painting by Mattia Preti in which it is believed that Mary Magdalene is portrayed. It has the typical golden notes that recall the warm colors used by the artist. On the nose it has elegant balsamic notes, which combine with its full and refined taste. Vanitas is dedicated to lovers of details and unique tastes. It’s excellent combined with cured meats, fish, and grilled white meats.
