Rocamadre was started by husband and wife team Juanfa and Cecilia Duran. The project concentrates on crafting wines from mountain-grown grapes in the unique Paraje Altamira GI. Rocamadre's rosé is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes from organically cultivated vines high in the Uco Valley of Argentina. Unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added sulfites, this is a linear, sharp rosé, with citrus and floral notes.
