Made from 100% Pedro Giménez grown on high-altitude vineyards in Argentina’s Uco Valley. This wine comes from vines in organic conversion at 3,600 feet in the foothills of the Andes. The grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and fermented naturally before aging for six months in concrete. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it offers a clean, mineral-driven profile with soft notes of apricot and a fresh, natural character.
