Pompadour is a rosé style cider crafted from Roxbury Russet and Ashmead's Kernel apples, Wickson crabapples, and repurposed Chambourcin grape skins. The grape skins are rehydrated and steeped with the cider before a small addition of wine is blended in to enhance color. Pale blush pink in the glass, it offers aromas of ripe cherry, honey, and fresh yellow apple. Bright and refreshing on the palate, the cider finishes with a subtle vinous note that adds depth while preserving its crisp, fruit-driven character.
