Situated near Nîmes, Château Saint Cyrgues is the southernmost vineyard in the Rhône Valley, overlooking the Petite Camargue and benefiting from Mediterranean sunshine. This ideal exposure yields ripe, expressive wines with vibrant character. Grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented at 22°C with gentle extraction over 10–15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and naturally made, this wine shows a deep purple color, with aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, and spice. On the palate, it offers generous volume, roundness, and fresh fruit purity, supported by good substance and texture. Pair this wine with Grilled red meat and lamb.
