Can-Vi is passionate about wine. They start from vineyards cultivated with respect and health. They believe canned wine can be fun and practical, and, without a doubt, the fruit of the vine and the hands that take care of it are preserved inside each container. This white wine comes from vineyards located in the Monastery of Santes Creus in Catalonia, Spain. The grapes macerate with the skins for four days, then they are fermented in tank with indigenous yeasts. It is then transferred to amphorae with its own lees for six months.
