The wine presents a fragrant nose with notes of kiwi, delicate citrus, and herbaceous and aniseed hints. Initially fresh and flavourful on the palate, the finish features the slight bitterness that is characteristic of Verdejo wines. Pair it with rice and fish dishes, vegetable and wild mushroom quiches, and in general with all types of light tapas or appetizers.
