Celler Bàrbara Forés is a women-owned and operated winery nestled in the Terra Alta region of Catalonia, Spain. The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards farmed with ecological and regenerative practices. This Spanish white benefits from the terroir of the Mediterranean with the addition of a strong continental influence. After a cold skin contact of 24 hours, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine then rests for four months on its lees, developing texture and depth. The result is a creamy, silky-smooth expression with vibrant freshness, perfect alongside sea scallops, a rich chowder, or a buttery lobster roll.
