This is a natural orange wine from Abruzzo, Italy, made from 70% Malvasia and 30% Moscato. Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and a 26-day skin maceration. The result is a vibrant amber wine that is unfiltered, unfined, minimally sulfured, and vegan-friendly. Aromas of orange peel, apricot, tropical fruit, white flowers, and spice lead to a medium-bodied, textured palate with candied citrus, ripe peach, and a touch of nuttiness. Bright acidity and gentle tannins balance the finish. Ideal with Abruzzo’s arrosticini or grilled white meats.
