Grapes are sourced from selected plots in the heart of the Luberon, grown on clay-limestone soils at high-altitude vineyards between 300 and 400 meters. After a short skin maceration of 3 to 6 hours and gentle pneumatic pressing and aged on the fine lees. The wine emerges bright pale yellow in the glass, with aromas of fresh flowers, apple, peach, and melon. The palate consists of ripe peach and citrus, supported by subtle minerality and naturally low acidity. Well balanced with a smooth, appealing mouthfeel, it finishes long and refined. An excellent pairing for egg dishes, seafood, and rich desserts.
