Sourced from vineyards across McLaren Vale, this blend is assembled with an intuitive, hands-off approach. Grenache is vinified as a red with 10 to 12 days of skin contact, Syrah as a rosé in tank, and Touriga from pressings aged in neutral oak. Fermentation occurs naturally in vessels with varying amounts of whole clusters before the wines are blended by feel. Aged for six months in a combination of 68% neutral oak and 32% stainless steel, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with only minimal sulfur. This wine is crisp and lively, showing a vivid magenta hue with vibrant red fruit flavors accented by hints of tomato leaf and thyme. The result is a pure, expressive, and textural wine that reflects both place and a thoughtful, minimal-intervention philosophy.
