After careful hand-destemming, the grapes are gently crushed and begin alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, guided by native yeasts. Prior to fermentation, it undergoes a brief cold maceration on the skins—lasting 4 to 6 hours—to enhance the extraction of fresh, fruity aromatic compounds. The wine itself presents a sweetly scented blend of white flowers, chamomile, and mint. On the palate, it is soft and supple, with ripe orchard fruits and subtle mineral tones. The finish is crisp and refreshing, offering medium length and a delicate hint of raw almond.
