Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels and bottled with minimal or no sulphites, the result is a wine of purity and character. On the palate, it is juicy, light, and elegant, with bright red fruit lifted by a distinct mineral edge. Subtle notes of sea salt and crushed rock add depth and complexity, weaving seamlessly into the ripe fruit for a harmonious, memorable expression of Atlantic terroir.
