Made from 100% Barbera grown on Cellario’s own biodynamic estate vineyards, Quantobasta is fermented with a 10-day skin maceration for solid extraction while keeping the wine bright, juicy, and fresh. Aged in cement to preserve purity of fruit, it shows Barbera’s natural vibrancy without excess. The name Quantobasta translates to “just enough” which is a fitting reminder that this wine is about balance, ease, and pouring exactly the right amount, whether that’s a little or a lot.
