Podere il Saliceto is located in a small village just outside of Modena, where they primarily produce Lambrusco. They use organic farming methods, natural vinification, and re-fermentation in the bottle. This White Pet Nat, made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Trebbiano, follows the same process, using a touch of the original must for re-fermentation. The result is a crisp, refreshing wine with subtle notes of white peach, bright minerality, and a gentle hint of sea-breeze salinity that keeps you coming back for another sip.
