To this extract, Chardonnay and Moscato are carefully added, along with a touch of sugar and alcohol, before aging for at least four months in small stainless-steel tanks. The final touch of burned sugar imparts its warm amber hue and signature depth of aroma and flavor. It is Medium to full-bodied with a supple texture, unfolding flavors of bright grapefruit, zesty citrus, and a lively touch of bitter herbs. The finish is Harmoniously bittersweet, leaving a long, lingering impression of citrus and herbal complexity.
