After nine months of aging, it was bottled with minimal intervention it is unfined, lightly filtered, and given only a small dose of sulfur. In the glass, it shows a deep violet hue typical of the varietal. The nose is expressive, with layers of fresh fruit, herbs, subtle spice, and a smoky undertone. On the palate, a sweet entry is balanced by vibrant acidity and soft, well-integrated tannins.
